This small group season runs from January 15 – March 5.
- Take a look at both the words of Thomas (John 11:16) and the actions of Martha (John 11:20). What is commendable about each person? Is there something in their character that you wish was present in your own life?
- Jesus said: I am the resurrection and the life. Take a look at Romans 8:10-11. How does this passage illuminate the meaning of Jesus’ proclamation?
- As you consider the work of the Holy Spirit in transforming those who are in Christ discuss these two things:
- What is an example of the greatest life change you have witnessed in someone who has said “yes” to Jesus? What changes took place in this person’s life?
- What are some of the simplest (almost mundane) changes you have made in your life because Jesus is the resurrection and the life?
